Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has released early in New Zealand and other time zones, but some players have noticed that their characters are blue.
On Reddit, many posters have been asking for advice because the colors in the game don’t look as expected.
“Anyone know why the characters are tinted? Playing with the campaign and wishing I could turn it off,” one post read. Another player pointed out that enemies appear in red in their copy of the game.
Thankfully, this doesn’t appear to be a major gaming bug. Instead, the high-contrast mode in the game’s accessibility settings appears to be enabled by default for some players, giving it a bluish tint.
If you encounter this when launching the game, you can easily fix it by turning it off through the Accessibility menu.
Any idea why they are highlighted blue? Enemies are also highlighted in red

As on PlayStation and PC, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will also be available on Xbox Game Pass through the service’s Ultimate and PC Game Pass membership levels. It’s a major milestone for Microsoft, which acquired “Call of Duty” maker Activision last October after nearly two years of legal deals and negotiations.
